Terms of sale and use

GlidePage is made by Monish Meher (Meher Technologies), Nuremberg, Germany ("we"). By buying or using GlidePage you agree to these terms.

Buying GlidePage

GlidePage is sold through Polar (polar.sh), which is the merchant of record: Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt, under Polar's terms. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

Launch prices step up as each stage sells out (see pricing). You pay the price shown at checkout. A later price change never changes what you already paid.

Your license

• One license key lets you use GlidePage on up to 3 Macs that you own or use yourself.
• It includes all updates to GlidePage for Mac.
• Moving to another Mac: deactivate the old one from the GlidePage menu, or remove it in the customer portal, then activate the new one.
• Please don't share, resell or publish your key. A key that is shared publicly may be deactivated.
• The videos, photos and frames you make are yours to use for anything, including client and commercial work.

Refunds

If GlidePage is not right for you, email support@glidepage.app within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund. The license key stops working once the refund goes through. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

What you record

GlidePage records whatever page you point it at. Websites belong to their owners: make sure you are allowed to record and publish the pages you use, for example your own sites, your clients' sites with their permission, or pages used in a way the law allows.

Using the app

GlidePage needs a license key that has been activated on each Mac. It checks the key with Polar about once a day and keeps working when you are offline. Do not try to get around the license check, or to copy, modify or redistribute the app itself.

No warranty

We work hard to make GlidePage reliable, but it is provided as is. Some websites block automated browsers or render differently, so we cannot promise every page records perfectly. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for GlidePage.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never take away a license you already bought. See also the privacy policy.
